25th Annual Benefit Auction

November 14 and 15, 2008

Auction Event Information

 

The St. John Catholic School Benefit Auction has grown into a 2 day event held at St. John School located at 1208 Kentucky, Lawrence, KS. The school is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization for the benefit of children attending St. John School, a Pre K - 6th grade, two section school with more than 260 students.

 

DAY ONE - Activities begin with Family Night, November 14, 2008. This is a free auction event open to all and tailored for children. Family Night begins at 5pm in St. John School. Features include barbeque dinner, silent and mini live auction, free kid’s activities, dancing, 50/50 jackpot, and the ever popular Grab Bags.

 

DAY TWO - The festivities end with the main auction for adults on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at St. John School. Each year current school families, former school families, and friends come together for this magical event. Proceeds from the 2007 School Auction were  split: 75% funded the school’s 2008-2009 operating budget and 25% funded the School Endowment. Current School Families are encouraged to consider the many ways to support this fundraiser.
